Courtney Hill / Managing Director
Courtney Hill brings a range of experience in client relations. Hill has worked with top talent and high-profile executives in the advertising, sales, and video game industries. These skills are essential to HS3, and to its clients' brands. When the company launched in 2009, they took their first client Kobe Bryant’s digital presence to a whole new level. In 2010, Hill brought Troy Polamalu, Albert Pujols, and Jimmy Rollins to the company, rounding out a diverse group of individuals that each have unique ideas about their brand and digital strategy. With Hill leading the way, the company has been able work with all of them to achieve their goals. “I’m doing something I’m passionate about. I love sports, and I love the people I work with”, says Hill. In a perfect world Courtney would ride horses all day, while wearing designs from her own clothing line. Fortunately for the digital arena, the world’s not perfect.
Harshal C. Sisodia / Executive Creative Director
known as Harsh to friends and family – is an award-winning executive producer and a proven leader in creative and integrated marketing. In his 10+ years of working in the industry, he has managed several high profile projects (from conception and execution through to completion) and been recognized for his groundbreaking work with some of the world’s most powerful brands such as Nike, Sprite, Burger King, Coke, Jawbone and Lexus to name a few - Harshal garnered notice for pioneering work in online video production and TV concepts for the Cannes Lion-winning ‘NikeGridiron’. He has also been credited and featured for his work on the ‘Sublymonal’ campaign for Sprite as well as the most successful campaign in Burger King’s history, ‘Whopper Freakout’. Harshal has been honored with a slew of awards: some of these include the Cyber Lions Award at Cannes International Advertising festival for his on 'Nike Gridiron', NikeiD' and 'NikeBasketball' campaigns; he won the New York Addy's One Club along with the Clio award for his work on 'NikeBasketball', NikeiD' and 'WhopperFreakout'.
